A conversation, not a commitment. Ask questions, explain what's hard, find out whether Neuro Support is the right kind of help.
You don't need a polished story. "I can't keep holding all of this" is enough.
Good for:
- Checking whether Neuro Support fits your situation
- Asking about Individualised Funding
- Understanding the build and how privacy works
- Deciding whether to book a Support Session first
- Helping a family member or coordinator understand the service
No pressure to commit. If it isn't the right fit, Jamie will say so and point you somewhere useful.
Book one →Booked time with Jamie when you need a real person to help think something through. An hour in person in Christchurch, or a short, focused online session in the evening from anywhere in NZ. Use it whether or not your Neuro Agent is built yet.
Support Sessions are practical. Unstick the thing, sort the next step. Not coaching. Not therapy. Support worker time.
Online sessions are built around one thing at a time: 15 minutes, NZ$40, extendable once to 30 minutes while the slot is free. If you're on ongoing Neuro Support, the client rate is NZ$20 per 15 minutes, and your plan already includes four sessions a month.
Useful for:
- Making sense of a task that has become too large
- Preparing for an appointment
- Breaking down a form or admin process
- Deciding what matters next
- Getting unstuck without building a whole system first
Each session is also a working demo. Jamie can screenshare a dummy Neuro Agent so you can see it run.

You talk and watch. I build it for you.
You don't need to be good with tech, and you don't set anything up. During the first month you talk, so the system is built around your life, and you watch, while I build your workspace live in front of you. Your words become structure on the screen as you say them.
It runs on your computer or your phone, your choice, over a plain video link from anywhere in New Zealand or in person in Christchurch. No account, no app to install. Your phone setup comes later, in your own time.
The hardest day you have is the day this is built for. So the day it gets built asks almost nothing of you.
The first month builds your personal support agent inside a private Notion workspace. Jamie configures the agent and the workspace it lives in, shaped around your life. Agent Memory gets seeded by the first interview, then deepened across 8 × 15-minute Support Sessions through the month. From there your agent helps with the practical work, not just the remembering: it drafts the email, makes a start on the budget, fills the form, all with your whole situation already in hand.
What's in the first month:
- Your Neuro Agent, a Custom Agent configured for you in a private Notion workspace
- Agent Memory seeded with the first interview
- A workspace organised around your real life
- Your phone's capture doorway, set up in your own time with Jamie's checklist beside you. On eligible iPhones, the Action Button as a one-press doorway
- Sensory-friendly defaults built into the workspace, plus guidance for native alarms and reminders on your phone
- 8 × 15-minute Support Sessions across the month (2 a week), and a practical handoff so you know where to start
Just you, or you and your team. Most builds are set up for one person. If a partner, a parent, or a support worker helps you, they can be part of the build and share a space you control. Home stays private to you. Bringing people in widens the work a little, priced and confirmed before any of it starts.
First month only, or ongoing. The first month gives you a working agent with Agent Memory. Clients who stop there (Docked) use their own Notion Business plan. Ongoing Neuro Support keeps the agent maintained while you learn to run it yourself, and covers the workspace bill.
ADHD coaching in Aotearoa typically runs NZ$200 to $250 a session. Five sessions cost more than one first month. The first month builds a system, not an hour.
Best for: people who need a system, not just a conversation.

The first month builds the system. Neuro Support then continues as the ongoing layer that hands it to you. Jamie maintains it while you learn to run your own Neuro Agent, until it's something you can run yourself.
This holds whether you run the system yourself or someone in your support team helps operate it alongside you.
Underneath, custom agents do the quiet work. They sort what you capture, keep your workspace in order, and refresh it overnight, so the system is working for you even when you're not.
What you actually notice:
- Capture it the moment it lands. By voice, in one press. It files itself in the right place, so you never have to decide where it goes or come back to sort it later.
- You wake up already caught up. Overnight, your agents pull in your calendar and lay out your week, so the morning starts sorted instead of with a pile to get through.
- A real person, anywhere in New Zealand. Four 15-minute sessions a month with Jamie, and any you don't use roll over to the next month so you can save up to eight, for the evenings you need to think something through with someone who gets it.
- Help, right where you work. Ask a question inside your own workspace and get an answer. When something needs a human, it reaches Jamie.
- Guides for the systems that drain you. Custom topic guides added to your workspace on the things you have to navigate, like WINZ or disability support, so the steps are there when you need them.
- It stays working, and gets better. When Notion and Claude change under the hood, your system keeps standing, and new ways to use it arrive over time, without you having to keep up.
The door is always open, and walking through it is the point. The agents working in the background cost real money to run, and while you are a Neuro Support customer that cost is already part of your monthly price. No extra bills, nothing else to set up. If you ever choose to leave, you keep the whole system and take those running costs over from then on: roughly NZ$80 to NZ$110 a month for the Notion plan and the AI credits that power the agents, depending on how heavily you use them, plus any extra AI tools you choose to add. You give up the ongoing support, not the system itself. That's the goal, not the failure case.
What it isn't:
- Not a subscription to access Jamie
- Not 24/7 support
- Not therapy or coaching
- Not a fixed-term programme; you decide how long it stays useful
Best for: people who want a steady hand while they get the system under their own control.

Funding
Built for IF clients in Aotearoa.
Neuro Support is designed for the practical world of disability support in New Zealand, including clients using Individualised Funding.
It works with several IF hosts, including Manawanui. The first month and the ongoing service are priced on what they cost to deliver, support-worker time and build labour. That means each transaction sits below the IF $1,500 pre-approval threshold, which keeps the process simple for you.
Not sure whether your funding can be used? Start with a Discovery Call. Jamie can help you work out what information is needed.
Funders, NASCs, and support coordinators: the funder page has invoicing, scope, and host arrangements.
