About the service
What Neuro Support is, who it's for.
What is Neuro Support?
A specialist support service for adults with ADHD or autism, based in Christchurch and available NZ-wide. It combines real human support with a personal support agent that lives in a private Notion workspace, built on Claude.
The core idea: nothing should live in your head if it can live somewhere external. The system holds your tasks, routines, decisions, and context, so you don't have to.
Built by Jamie Robinson, a neurodivergent support worker with 15 years of experience and lived ADHD experience.
What's the difference between Neuro Support and ADHD coaching?
Coaching is weekly sessions where a coach helps you think. You do the work between sessions.
Neuro Support builds a system. The first month ($1,399) builds your Neuro Agent, a personal support agent in a private Notion workspace, so the system itself holds your tasks, routines, and context. The system speaks first.
Coaching can be valuable. It's a different shape. Neuro Support suits people who want infrastructure, not ongoing conversations.
Is it for ADHD only, or also autism?
Both, and often both at once. The underlying needs overlap: working memory support, task initiation, sensory-friendly environments, structure that doesn't depend on willpower.
Do I need a diagnosis?
No. Diagnosed, self-identified, or just recognising yourself in the patterns. A diagnosis can help with funding pathways like Individualised Funding, but you don't need one to start.
About the first month
How Neuro Support's first month works.
What is Neuro Support's first month?
A 90-minute interview plus 8 x 15-minute Support Sessions across the month, where Jamie builds your personal support agent inside a private Notion workspace, configured around how you actually live. You bring your accounts (Claude and Notion, both free to start). Jamie configures the agent, builds the workspace, and walks you through it. Your phone setup comes later, in your own time, with a checklist beside you.
The first month is $1,399. After it, the system is yours: the data, the accounts, the configuration. There's no separate setup to buy. Building the Agent is how the first month is delivered.
What do I get in the $1,399 first month?
- Your Neuro Agent, a personal Custom Agent set up with your context
- Your private Notion workspace, structured for ADHD or autism brains
- Agent Memory seeded by the first interview
- A capture doorway for your phone, set up in your own time with a checklist. For eligible iPhones, the Action Button as a one-press doorway
- Sensory-friendly defaults built into the workspace
- 8 x 15-minute Support Sessions across the month (2 a week)
- A walkthrough of using it day to day
After the first month, the system is yours, with no ongoing cost. Optional ongoing Neuro Support ($499/month) keeps the system sound and adds instant Help, four 15-minute sessions a month that roll over if you don't use them (up to eight), and topic guides for the systems you have to navigate, all while you learn to run it yourself.
Do I need an iPhone, or does it work with Android?
No iPhone required. The agent lives in Notion, so you reach it from any device. If you have a recent iPhone, the Action Button adds one-press capture. Modern Android (2020 or newer) works too.
The phone is your own purchase, separate from the first-month fee. Most clients use a phone they already have.
Can the first month be done remotely?
Yes. In person in Christchurch, or remotely by video call anywhere in New Zealand. Both work. Remote builds use screenshare and are equally effective.
About funding and pricing
What it costs and how funding works.
Can I use Individualised Funding?
Yes, if you're an Individualised Funding (IF) recipient through Disability Support Services. Each transaction is priced under the $1,500 IF per-transaction threshold, so it doesn't need pre-approval.
Neuro Support's first month ($1,399), Support Sessions ($80 in person, $40 per 15 minutes online), and ongoing Neuro Support ($499/month) all sit under the threshold. Your Coordinator can help you process payments through your IF host.
If you're not on IF, the same pricing applies as private pay.
What does it cost without funding?
Same prices. Funding changes how the payment is processed, not what you pay.
- Discovery Call: free (15 to 30 min)
- Neuro Support's first month (builds your Neuro Agent): $1,399, one-off
- Support Session: $80 for 60 minutes in person, or $40 per 15 minutes online, extendable once to 30 minutes ($20 per 15 minutes for people on ongoing Neuro Support). Standalone, no build required.
- Ongoing Neuro Support: $499/month for upkeep, instant Help, four 15-minute sessions a month (unused ones roll over, up to eight), and topic guides (WINZ, disability support). Optional after the first month.
Your phone is your own purchase, separate from the first-month fee.
About privacy and data
Where your data lives, and what happens if you leave.
Is my data private? Where does it live?
Your data lives in your own accounts: your Notion workspace, your Claude account. Neuro Support doesn't host any of it.
Your workspace has a private Home space that is yours alone, where Jamie can't see, and one shared Neuro Support page holding only what you deliberately choose to share. The separation is built into the structure itself, not just set by permissions.
If you stop working with Neuro Support, your data stays with you. Nothing is held hostage.
What if I want to leave? Do I lose everything?
No. The data lives in your accounts. The system is yours. If you stop ongoing Neuro Support, the system you built keeps working. Your workspace, captures, and routines all stay.
The Protocol is built around the principle that the person owns the system. You can walk away with everything intact, any time.
About the technology
Why Claude is the foundation.
Why Claude? Why not ChatGPT or another AI?
Claude handles long-form context well, which matters for an agent that needs to remember your life. It's good at the structured Notion work the system depends on, and the patterns suit ADHD and autism brains.
The first month configures Claude specifically. If Claude or any tool ever becomes unsuitable, the Protocol survives. The principles are durable. The tools are replaceable.
