Your agent lives in Notion. You reach it however you like.
A personal AI agent, set up by Jamie inside a private workspace that is yours. It holds what you would otherwise carry in your head.
Status: The install is in development. Pricing here is indicative and confirmed before any paid work. Discovery Calls and Support Sessions are available today.

One agent. Five things that make it useful from day one.
Your Neuro Agent
A Custom Agent in your private Notion workspace. It captures, organises, surfaces, reduces. Built around your context, not a generic chatbot.
Agent Memory
The shared holding space between you and your agent. The things that should not have to live in your head.
The install interview
45 minutes where Jamie learns how you actually live. Your agent starts knowing you. It does not start cold.
The way you reach it
Notion on every device. Voice and quick capture. For eligible iPhones, the Action Button as a premium one-press doorway.
Ownership and exit
The agent is yours. The workspace is yours. Export it and leave anytime.
Without the interview, the agent is generic. With it, it knows the shape of your week from day one.
Jamie asks. You talk. The system listens.
What it covers:
- How a normal week looks. The good days and the bad ones.
- What you have tried that worked, and what did not.
- What is on your shoulders that should not be.
- What you want it to do without being asked.
- The language you want, and the language you do not.
Jamie records it with your consent and runs the transcript through your agent's setup. The recording is yours. Delete it anytime. Jamie keeps no copies.
You capture. The agent holds. It surfaces what matters when it matters.
What it holds:
- Tasks and their state. What is done, drifting, or blocked.
- Your routines, and the shape of your week.
- Decisions you have already made, so you do not re-decide them.
- Patterns about what helps you and what does not.
- Your context for support. What is hard now. What is improving.
What it will not do:
- Replace clinical records or care plans.
- Make judgements about you.
- Surface anything to Jamie unless you set that up.
- Keep things forever. Prune, edit, or delete anytime.
The mind is for having ideas, not for holding them.
It doesn't just suggest. It does.
Ask most AI a question and you get advice. A list of things to go and do yourself. Your agent does them.
It drafts the email so you just send it. It plans the budget. It fills in the form, writes up the notes, turns a pile of mess into something sorted. It can suggest the next useful thing, then do that too. These are the practical jobs a good support worker handles, done with your whole situation already in mind.
A chatbot tells you how. A Neuro Agent just does it.
The agent lives in Notion. Your devices are how you stay in touch.
Open it on your phone or computer. Most capture is voice or a quick note. The agent does the rest.
Sensory-friendly settings, tuned at install:
- Notification batching, so you are not interrupted constantly.
- Motion and animation reduced.
- Focus modes for working, evening, and hard days.
- Display, sound, and haptics tuned for comfort.
Your workspace is yours. Jamie sees one shared page.
Home
Your whole workspace. Jamie has no access by default.
Neuro Support
One shared page: Working on, Current Focus, Help. Everything here is your deliberate choice, depersonalised on the way in.
Your agent reads what you tell it but does not auto-write to the shared page. Captures stay in Home unless you choose to add something for Jamie.
For people who need a system, not another reminder to try harder.
- You keep losing track of tasks, forms, messages, or appointments.
- Apps work briefly, then collapse.
- You need capture to be easier than sorting.
- You want a private workspace you control.
- You are tired of your brain being the only place the plan exists.
Day one, you start capturing. You do not have to use it perfectly. A capture a day is enough. If most of those land, book a Discovery Call. If they do not, that is useful too.
