The install sets up your personal AI agent inside a private Notion workspace. Jamie configures the agent, the workspace it lives in, and the phone around it. Agent Memory gets seeded by the install interview. From there your agent does the practical work, not just the remembering: it drafts the email, plans the budget, fills the form.
